Cures For Arthritis- A Prevention and Treatment Guide

You will want to give yourself some time to really diagnose your joint pain. I would say about two weeks would be sufficient. For that two weeks, observe your tongue and when you feel discomfort. You then want to record all of your observations in a journal each day. Write down what makes the pain you are experiencing better or worse. For example, how are your joints after spicy food or at night. How about after cold, raw food or during cold damp weather. 

Diet
During these two weeks try and cut out certain foods as much as possible. The foods to best cut out are red meat, dairy products, alcohol, sweets, hot spices, peppers, onions, garlic, tomatoes, white potatoes, eggplant, green peppers. Whew that's a lot of food. Just try and do your best. The reason I'm asking you to cut these out is because these foods are known to increase joint pain. 

Cleanse 
Take at least 2 teaspoons of Triphala powder per day. You can either use capsules/pills or powder. Triphala is a cleanser and rejuvenator. You can buy it a Indian grocery stores or online here.

If you would rather try something else you can also use aloe vera gel along with a pinch of turmeric powder. Just add a 1/4 cup with a pinch of turmeric to tea or apple juice daily.

Keep in Mind 
While you give your body a cleanse with a special diet, it will fight to keep it's imbalances. You will notice that you'll very strongly crave the sources of your pain. These cravings give you an amazing opportunity to truly observe your imbalances. Don't look at it as bad, but mores so as sign posts letting you know your on the right path. 

Take a Look at Your Cravings 
If you are craving hot spices and sour, fat, or fried foods, along with alcohol, you are most likely suffering from inflammatory type pains. You joints probably feel hot. The pain may feel worse during the night or when your irritated. 

If you crave pastry, ice cream, sweet fruit, and bread then excess phlegm is usually a major factor in your joint discomfort. Taking notice of these cravings will guide you so you are able to start adding nonirritating foods along with balancing herbs from the home remedies and herb formulas provided.

One should avoid taking sugary items. These are the major cause of obesity which leads to Arthritis.A person suffering from Arthritis or any joint pain must drink 60 ml of Pure Noni Juice on an empty stomach. I have tried it and my joint pain vanished as it never happened before.
